EVS 939-3:2020

This Estonian standard gives guidance on drafting and implementation of the principles important for fitting woody plants and developmental activities. This standard provides guidance for balanced approach on deciding which trees are appropriate for retention and elimination, on the effect of trees on design considerations and on the measures of protecting these trees.
The information provided in the standard can be used both in the inventory of woody vegetation, in the preparation of plans and construction projects, and in the organization of construction and demolition works on the construction site. This standard does not provide guidance on specific design solutions.
