Olulised muudatused võrreldes eelmise väljaandega on järgmised:

This Estonian standard specifies requirements for the design of heating for residential, public and industrial buildings under construction in the Republic of Estonia. This standard deals with the design of both outdoor and indoor indoor temperatures, heating system selection by building type, recommended water velocities and pressure losses in heating pipes, heating system supply and return water temperatures, consideration of excess heat in rooms, selection and placement of heaters, control and shut-off valves, pipe materials and sustainable use of heat.
