This International Standard has been prepared by a Working Group of the IEC/ITU Joint Co-ordination Group (JCG) under the responsibility of IEC Technical Committee 1: Terminology. It forms Part 713 of the International Electrotechnical Vocabulary (IEV). Together with the standards of the IEC 60050(700) series given hereafter in the clause "Normative références", it cancels and supersedes publication IEC 50(60) : 1970 Radiocommunication.
