This Estonian standard specifies the requirements for flat roof building structure and main requirements for the materials used in flat roofs.
This Estonian standard specifies the requirements for products and installation in ordinary exploitation conditions.
Flat roofs are roofs where incline is 1:10 or less.
Flat roofs are usually covered with flexible sheets for waterproofing or continuous waterproofing.
This Estonian standard is meant for guidance to flat roof installers, builders, material manufacturers, designers, architects, building supervision, experts and users.
The roof maintenance is specified in standard EVS 920-1.
