Options for regular customers

Pros of being a regular customer

• A regular customer can access the purchased standard(s) before making a payment.
• Registering as a regular customer is free.
• The credit limit on purchases made by a regular customer is 500 EUR (incl tax).

Terms of being a regular customer

• A regular customer must have a user account in the standards e-shop and the order(s) should be submitted using the account.
• Only an Estonian legal person can be a regular customer, one institution/company may register up to 3 users.
• The institution/company must have made at least 1 purchase during the previous year, which has been paid for on time.
• To register, you need to send a filled-in and signed authorisation | 13 KB | DOC in PDF format to the e-mail address standard@evs.ee.

 

The Centre for Standardisation and Accreditation will retain the right to refuse registration as a regular customer if there are any doubts regarding compliance with regular customer requirements. In addition, we will have the right to remove regular customer status from customers who do not perform their obligations correctly or violate the e-shop’s terms of use.
