This time, the Baltic Standards Forum was organised by the Polish standardisation organisation, and the meeting took place in Białystok.
The standardisation organisations' management representatives and employees were present to share their experiences, ideas, achievements, and other standardisation-related topics.
In addition, guests from the Ukrainian standardisation organisation also participated in the event. The Ukrainian representatives shared their experiences and challenges in standardisation in the current situation.
The main goal of organising the BSF is to promote cooperation among the standardisation organisations of the Baltic countries and Poland and to serve as a hub for exchanging ideas. It has become a tradition for the event to be hosted by a different country each year. Next year, the event is planned to be held in Lithuania.
The main topics discussed included:
— new developments and challenges in standardisation,
— implemented IT solutions, products, and services,
— best practices in education for educational institutions,
— the implementation of AI solutions.
